SHIPPING

How shipping costs are calculated:
Shipping costs are determined based on the obstacles ordered. Small items, such as sandbags, can be shipped by courier, but obstacles like contact zones, jumps, tunnels, etc., are too large for this method and are shipped via ground transportation.

These costs are set by the transport company contracted by Galican and include transport insurance and packaging (cardboard, pallets, etc.) for the product, depending on its size, weight, and value.

Transit time:
The delivery time for your order depends on the size of the shipment and the distance from our factory. Galican's factory is located in the northwest of Spain, so deliveries to distant locations like northern Sweden or Finland may take up to 20 days.

For countries like France and Germany, transit times are usually shorter, likely between 10 and 15 days.

Please note that it is very unlikely for orders to be delivered in the same week they leave the factory.

The estimated shipping date is determined by Galican and is based on product availability, manufacturing time, etc. It is not an exact shipping date and is subject to change. If you need a product by a specific date (e.g., for a sporting event), we recommend indicating this when placing your order.

The delivery date depends on the external transport company contracted by Galican to deliver the product to the agreed location. This is the date when the product is expected to reach its destination but is also subject to changes during transit.

Tracking information:
Online tracking is only available for courier shipments. If your order was shipped via ground transportation, you can request more information at logistica@galican.com, where you will be provided with the contact details of the company handling the final delivery.

Shipping outside the European Union:
To process a shipment to a country outside the EU, the customer must provide tax and shipping information: Tax Identification Number, Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.

When the product leaves the country of origin, it must go through customs, where the sale is regulated with documents such as the Single Administrative Document.

For exports, it is the buyer who must cover the VAT, paying it at their respective customs office, as the selling company is exempt from VAT in the country of origin.

International transport costs vary each month, so the shipping cost will be updated before the shipment. Generally, the differences are minor, but some adjustments may be necessary.
