  • Customer service. Responding to enquiries received via contact email, forms or WhatsApp.
  • Commercial communications. Sending information about products, news and promotions, always with prior user consent.
  • Legal obligations. Accounting, tax and administrative compliance.

  • Performance of a contract (order management).
  • Consent of the data subject (forms, newsletter).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting).
  • Legitimate interest (customer service and service improvement).

4. Categories of data processed

Identification data (name, surname, tax ID), contact data (email, phone, postal address), commercial data (order history, viewed products) and financial data (billing details). We do not process special categories of data.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, where applicable, during the legal periods (6 years for accounting and tax purposes under the Spanish Commercial Code).

6. Recipients

Data may be communicated to:

  • Transport and logistics companies for order delivery.
  • Financial entities for order payment.
  • External tax and accounting advisors subject to confidentiality.
  • Public administrations where a legal obligation exists.
  • Technology providers (hosting, email, analytics) as data processors under contract.

No international data transfers are carried out outside the European Economic Area except to providers with adequate guarantees (EU standard contractual clauses).

The user has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
