Zones, being large items, are delivered in wooden crates. The transport provider in your area may not have mechanical unloading equipment available in the truck or trailer used for the regular route.
Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the necessary means for unloading, whether additional personnel or appropriate mechanical equipment. Additionally, the customer must ensure that the delivery address has adequate access for the truck or trailer to maneuver.
If delivery is required at a specific time or with a service not included in the regular route, any additional cost will be at the customer's expense.
