Galican Cup 2025

Five days full of sunshine, agility, and endless fun – that’s the best way to sum up the Galican Cup 2025. From the very first morning, the typical agility fever was in the air: official FCI tournaments during the day, where every run counts and dog and handler give their all, and no rest in the evenings – instead, lots of challenges where dogs and handlers showed their skills, putting even some Galican obstacles to the test 🙂 – complemented by exciting seminars that kept the energy high long into the night.

We at Galican were right in the middle of it all – not only with our obstacles, which once again proved they can withstand every four-legged rocket, but also with our big raffle stand. A total of €15,000 was up for grabs, both for the winners of the runs and in the raffle.

The grand finale came with the Grand Final: high-speed, heart-pounding excitement, and cheering from all sides. The atmosphere throughout the competition was incredible – participants from 21 countries showed their skills over the course of the event, dogs flew through the courses, and the crowd was right there with them. You immediately feel why we do what we do. Agility is more than a sport: it’s emotion, teamwork, and pure joy.

A huge thank you goes especially to the Galician Agility Festival, to all the competitors, and to the judges – Stefanie Semkat, Jocke Tangfelt, Héctor Ramírez, and Philipp Glur – who made this event a world-class experience. And of course, to every dog and handler who ran the courses with so much passion and precision.
