Galican Grip+®
Gemini ha dicho The Gold Standard in Traction
High-density vulcanized granular rubber matrix coating with hydrophobic properties. This advanced compound ensures a constant coefficient of friction ($\mu$), optimizing mechanical grip and mitigating the risk of hydroplaning or slippage, even under critical environmental water saturation conditions. The particle size distribution is calibrated to provide an elastic response that enhances traction without compromising the integrity of the plantar dermis.
MAXIMUM GRIP, EVEN IN RAIN OR MUD
-
Total Grip in Adverse Conditions
Thanks to its advanced polymer compound, Galican Grip+ maintains its frictional properties even when the track is wet from rain or covered in mud. The dog feels the same confidence underfoot, regardless of the weather.
Impact Cushioning
Beyond mere grip, this technical rubber absorbs a portion of the kinetic energy, protecting the dog's pads and joints with every stride and reducing cumulative physical wear and tear.
Extreme Durability
Unlike traditional grit finishes that flake off over time, our technology is integrated into the material's structure, resisting the passage of time and intensive club use without losing its non-slip texture.
Dynamic Stability and Geometry
The LITE Palisade is not only light for the handler; it is immovable for the dog. Its architecture has been calculated to neutralize the vector forces generated when a high-power dog impacts at maximum speed.
A. Low Center of Gravity Trapezoidal Geometry Unlike standard rectangular structures, the LITE Palisade utilizes a wide-base design (100 cm) that converges toward the apex (90 cm).
Anti-Tip Effect: This trapezoidal shape widens the support polygon, ensuring the obstacle suffers no lateral oscillations or "sail effect" from strong winds or aggressive side entries.
Descent Confidence: The width transition helps the dog maintain a centered and stable trajectory during the downward acceleration phase.
B. "Zero-Vibration" Energy Absorption System We have integrated an internal chassis with strategically positioned horizontal reinforcement bars.
Impact Dissipation: When the dog strikes the up-ramp, the energy is not transmitted as a vibratory wave toward the down-ramp. This prevents the dog from feeling insecurity or "bounce" under its paws.
Torsional Rigidity: The structure maintains its perfect "A" shape even under extreme bending pressures, eliminating any creaking or structural movement that could distract the dog during competition.
C. Mechanical Safety Lock The design includes a precision anchoring system that ensures the palisade angle remains constant throughout the session.
Rubber Retention Stop: This component acts as a silent-block, absorbing micro-movements and ensuring the structure is "bolted" to the ground without the need for aggressive external fixtures.
SOFT COVERS
Protección acolchada que elimina puntos de atrapamiento y amortigua impactos accidentales en la zona de rotación. Su diseño minimiza el ruido mecánico y previene lesiones, garantizando una transición fluida y segura para el perro a máxima velocidad.
The Soft Covers on the Lite A Frame axis are engineered to eliminate pinch points and minimize the risk of injury during transitions. As experts, we know that a dog at maximum speed can suffer accidental impacts in the pivot zone:
Pinch Point Prevention: They fully cover the rotation mechanism, preventing paws or nails from getting caught in the gap between the plank and the support.
Impact Cushioning: Their technical padding absorbs any lateral blows if the dog loses its balance or follows an off-center trajectory.
Mechanical Noise Reduction: They act as acoustic insulators, eliminating metallic squeaks that could startle noise-sensitive dogs.
Expert Insight: A protected axis is not just about aesthetics; it is about the dog's physical integrity and the handler's peace of mind during high-intensity training.
Galican "Easy-Lever" System
Puntos Clave de Rendimiento:
Unlike conventional transport systems, the Easy-Lever System utilizes mechanical advantage principles to neutralize the weight of the palisade:
-
Lifting Mechanism: By using a high-resistance stainless steel ergonomic handle, a leverage effect is applied that raises the structure over the rolling axis in a single motion.
-
Safety Lock: The system features a precision square anchor that ensures the wheels remain in either the transport or working (folded) position without accidental displacement.
High-Efficiency Industrial Undercarriage
-
Polymer Gyroscopic Wheels: Equipped with low-friction sealed bearings, these are wear-resistant and capable of absorbing irregularities on artificial turf, sand, or rubber surfaces.
-
Stainless Steel Chassis: All components of the wheel system are stainless steel, guaranteeing smooth operation even after years of exposure to moisture and the outdoors.
"One-Hand" Single-Person Configuration
-
Logistics Optimization: The design allows a single person to reconfigure a course layout in seconds. This eliminates downtime in seminars and competitions, allowing for more agile track rotation.
-
Pavement Protection: By moving the palisade suspended on its wheels, dragging of the support feet is avoided, protecting both the structural integrity of the obstacle and the training track surface.
Integrated Hinge Articulation System with Locking Pin
SOFT-LOCK
Integrated Hinge Articulation System with Locking Pin
Unlike conventional exposed joints, our runway incorporates a low-profile integrated industrial hinge system at both transition ends. This mechanism is equipped with an assisted-insertion safety pin (Soft-Lock), designed for immediate structural fastening with zero play.
Connectivity and Safety Engineering:
Continuous Surface Transition: The integration of the hinge within the chassis itself eliminates mechanical steps or "gaps" between sections. This ensures perfect planar continuity, preventing the dog's nails or pads from getting caught or suffering impacts at the flexion point.
High-Precision "Soft-Lock" Mechanism: The safety pin features a technical coating that reduces friction during setup, allowing for a silent and fluid assembly. This system avoids harsh metallic noises that could stress or distract the dog during approach phases.
Cyclic Fatigue Resistance: Manufactured from a reinforced alloy, these hinges are tested to withstand thousands of opening and closing cycles without mechanical fatigue or deformation, ensuring the obstacle maintains its original geometry after years of use.
The Differential Factor: This system transforms a heavy task into a simple technical maneuver, guaranteeing monolithic structural rigidity once the runway is deployed. This translates into absolute stability under dynamic loads.
4 Incline Levels
EASY-STEPS
Unlike systems based on tensioned chains, the LITE Palisade utilizes an advanced rigid arm system. This design guarantees that the obstacle's opening is mathematically exact and mechanically immovable.
Gradual Opening Engineering (4 Levels) The system allows the palisade to be configured in 4 predefined positions, adapting the incline angle according to the training stage:
Initiation Position (Minimum Angle): Full deployment to facilitate the dog's first contact with the structure, reducing the visual impact of the height.
Progression Position I: Gradual increase of the slope to work on weight transfer to the hindquarters.
Progression Position II: Advanced angle to perfect the descent technique and the fixing of contact zones.
Competition Position (FCI Standard): Locked adjustment at the regulatory height. The rigid arm acts as a strut that cancels out any lateral oscillation.
Advantages of the Rigid Arm vs. Flexible Systems
Extreme Longitudinal Stability: Being a solid component, the rigid arm prevents the two ramps from moving closer or further apart even slightly during impact—something chains cannot always completely avoid.
"Solid-State" Locking: The fastening system using pins or anchors on the steel arm ensures that, once the height is selected, the structure behaves as a single block.
Silent Safety: Eliminates the metallic noise of chains tensioning and slackening, providing a quieter and more focused training environment for the dog.
Key Differentiators
What sets the LITE Palisade apart from any other conventional obstacle is the convergence of safety, materials science, and ergonomics. These are the four pillars that define its technical superiority:
1. Structural Invariability (Rigid-Frame Technology) Unlike palisades that use chains, our Rigid Arm system eliminates the "spring effect" and longitudinal swaying.
The result: The dog feels a surface as solid as the ground, increasing its confidence to attack the obstacle at maximum speed without hesitation.
2. "Zero-Risk" Passive Safety (Zero-Gap Design) We have redesigned the critical friction and articulation points.
Hidden Hinges: The integrated hinge system is not only more aesthetic but also eliminates any protrusions where the dog could strike or snag itself.
Zero Gap: The joint between the ramps is millimetric, specifically designed so that even the smallest claws cannot get caught during a poor foot placement.
3. Intelligent Geometry (Trapezoidal Stability) Most palisades are rectangular. The LITE is Trapezoidal (100 cm base vs. 90 cm apex).
Applied Physics: By widening the base, we drastically lower the center of gravity. This provides massive lateral stability, allowing dogs of 30+ kg to perform powerful side entries without the structure suffering dangerous oscillations.
4. Pro-Texture Competition Grip We do not use sand or common non-slip paints. We apply high-density Technical Granulated Rubber.
Traction and Health: This material offers superior grip in both wet and dry conditions, but with a controlled abrasion coefficient to protect the dog's paw pads even during sharp braking on the contact zone.
5. Operational Efficiency (Single-Person Logistics) Thanks to the Galican Easy-Lever system, club management is more efficient.
Productivity: A single person can move the palisade. Less time setting up the course means more effective training time.
