Returns and exchanges are handled directly with the distributor where you made your purchase, under the conditions they informed you of at the time of sale. Keep your distributor’s delivery note or invoice: it is your proof of purchase.

Galican 3-year warranty

All our obstacles carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you detect a defect, contact your distributor with photos of the problem and your proof of purchase: they will process the warranty directly with us.

Spare parts for life

We manufacture every part in our factory in Galicia, so we can supply spare parts for life through any official distributor.
