What’s in the pack?
Our Velcro sandbags come as a practical set of two – one for each side of the tunnel.
Simply place them on either side and secure them over the top with the extra-strong Velcro fastener. No slipping. No twisting. No hassle.
How many do you need?
Our recommendation:
1 set (2 bags) per metre of tunnel.
That means:
- 3 m tunnel = 3 sets = 6 bags
- 6 m tunnel = 6 sets = 12 bags
Why so many? Because a well-anchored tunnel is safer, more stable, and more consistent for your dog – with no bumps, shifting curves or surprises mid-run.
Safety tip:
Make sure the zipper and carrying handle face inward, towards the tunnel. Nothing should stick out on the outside to avoid injuries to dogs or handlers.

Filling – do it right
We deliver the bags unfilled, so you can choose the filling that suits you best.

Galican Tip:
If you fill the bags with sand, give them a shake from time to time. Why? If they’re left outside in wind and weather without use, the fine sand can harden into solid clumps – and that could become a real safety issue for your dog.
What to avoid:
❌ Large or sharp stones
❌ Bricks or rubble
❌ Anything that might break or hit hard
