The Steady model incorporates Structural HDPVC panels, an engineering polymer specifically formulated to withstand the mechanical and climatic demands of professional Agility.

Vertical Structure: Extruded Aluminum Architecture
The “skeleton” of the Steady model is built entirely from 6063 Architectural-Grade Aluminium, chosen for its high tensile strength, low weight and excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. The profile is extruded with a closed geometry that delivers exceptional torsional stiffness, keeping the jump perfectly vertical under repeated dynamic load.

SOFT COVERS
Joint Shielding: Flexible polymer sleeves seal the transition between the metal and the rigid panel. This prevents gaps or crevices where a dog’s coat, or even a nail during a compromised lateral jump, could get trapped.

Ergonomic Opening with Constant Radius Profile – Comfortable and Secure Grip
The upper crossbar is built with a constant-radius profile machined along its entire length. The track technician grips it with the full hand — no sharp edges, no pressure points. The transition between body and grip is calculated so that the lift/lower motion stays fluid, safe and repeatable hundreds of times per session.

Transverse Stabilization System
The base of the Steady model has been redesigned to offer superior static stability, ensuring the obstacle maintains its verticality even on uneven surfaces or in crosswind conditions.

Height Adjustment System
The Steady model features a height-management system designed for operational agility on the track and the mechanical safety required by FCI competition standards. The cup support runs through a guide channel machined directly into the aluminium upright, with marked indexed positions for each regulatory category.

Comprehensive Maintenance & Spare Parts System
Every part of the Steady jump can be replaced independently. Uprights, crossbar, cups, panels and soft covers are self-contained pieces that disassemble with standard tools. If one part is damaged, only that part is replaced — not the whole obstacle. An architecture built for clubs that train daily and compete seriously.
